How do we work so efficiently and with the warmth of a family?
EPC operates a simple doctrine of only Caldari Navy approved starships, which we strongly suggest our mercenaries stick to.

Using the Caldari Navy starships allows us to effectively provide training and heavily discounted resources locally. Our ability to do so is what sets us apart from other State Protectorate organizations which suffer from recruit burnout during the early stages of their careers as they are distracted from their primary roles, and challenged by logistics through gate camps and over large distances.

Fitting and tactical advice can be optimised for specific Caldari Navy ships, and fleet masters have a good idea of what squadrons to expect. Using Caldari Navy starships and Navy resources also reduces the ISK burden of purchases since they can be cheaply purchased with the Loyalty Points earned through faction warfare.

The discounting of locally manufactured resources for the corporation is what keeps us most competitive. Our membership are mostly EU time zone with some US time zone gameplay, however we welcome applicants from any time zone, language, or ability. We operate a policy of no minimum required engagement time.
